Nicul Utilchef 5-1/8" Paring Knife - POM Handle

5-1/8" paring knife from our Utilchef Collection, has a drop point style blade, and a comfortable and durable, double riveted, yellow POM handle.

This is a mid-size knife especially suited for the preparation of fruits and vegetables.

Comfortable for daily use, will add a touch of color to your kitchen.

Handle available in four colors: yellow, red, green and blue.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
