The buyer will receive a tracking number and link, so he/she can contact the carrier and obtain a status information and estimated delivery date.
The buyer can also track the order accessing his/her store account.
It must be noted that occasionally, for different reasons, including weather conditions, some delays may occur. However, the seller is not responsible for any delivery delay, and buyer accepts this condition when an order is placed.
In case the buyer receives the order with an unexpected delay, he/she can always return the items and obtain a refund.
