Nicul Point 7-Pc Knife Set - Stainless Steel Block

This Point set includes 6 varied Japanese design style, that have a forged steel blade and a black POM synthetic handle with a steel ring and a dot.

Set includes 6 knives: 3-1/4" peeling knife, 3-1/2" paring knife, 4-3/4" utility knife, 6" cooks' knife, 7" chef knife and an 8-1/4" bread serrated knife; and a stainless-steel block.

Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that have been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Blade thickness is in the range of 3/64" and 1/16" (it depends on the knife size).

Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
