Nicul Star 6-Pc Knife Set - Stainless Steel Block

This Star set has 5 knives with a forged steel blade and a black POM synthetic handle with a stainless-steel ring.

Set includes 5 knives: 3-1/4" peeling knife, 3-5/8" paring knife, 6" utility knife, 7" chef knife and 8-1/4" serrated bread knife, and a stainless-steel block.

These knives have an Asian style design and cover the regular requirements of food preparation in a home kitchen. On the other side, the stainless-steel block and the shiny handles, will enhance any kitchen.

Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that have been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Blade thickness is in the range of 3/64" and 1/16" (it depends on the knife size).

Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
