This Santoku knife from our Star Collection, has a 7" curved blade in stainless steel with a comfortable and durable black POM handle that has a decorative steel ring.
Modern Japanese style design, suited for preparing recipes from different Asian cuisines, and also a versatile tool for cutting a variety of meats, vegetables and fruit, in the same way as a midsize knife, or chopping like a cleaver, or moving food around like a spatula.
This versatile knife is a kind of necessity for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7" long and 3/32" (2 mm) thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
