This cook's knife from our Star Collection, has a 7" drop point style blade and a POM handle that provides a comfortable grip. Handle has an Asian style, decorative steel ring.
This mid-size professional knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering mid-size pieces of meat, it is very versatile, and an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
