Nicul Star 3-1/8" Peeling Knife - POM Handle

3-1/8" peeling knife from our Star Collection, has a clipped point style blade and a black POM handle with a steel ring.

The shape of the blade makes it easy to peel potatoes and other vegetables, or fruits; or cut pieces of small vegetables, like garlic or radish. It is also practical for preparing decorative garnishes.

You need to have this knife size in any kitchen and this one, with an Asian style design, is a good option.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
