Nicul Star 3-1/2" Paring Knife - POM Handle

3-1/2" paring knife from our Star Collection, has a drop point style blade and a comfortable and durable black POM handle with a steel ring.

This is a short knife especially suited for the preparation of fruits and vegetables. It is also practical for preparing decorative garnishes.

Asian style design and good for daily use at home or in a professional kitchen.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
