Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
