Nicul Prochef 7" Butcher Knife - PP Handle

7" butcher knife in MV stainless steel, from our Prochef Collection, has a comfortable black PP synthetic handle.

This knife is the perfect tool for cutting mid-size pieces of beef, chicken or fish, and some small bones and cartilages.

Also does an excellent job slicing charcuterie.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
