Nicul Prochef 7-7/8" Chef's Knife - PP Handle

This chef knife from our Prochef Collection, has a 7-7/8" blade with a comfortable and durable black PP handle.

This professional, versatile knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7-7/8" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
