This 11-3/4" cheese knife from our Prochef Collection, is perfect for cutting big pieces of cheese, including hard ones like Parmesan. With two handles, you can put more power in each hand, compared to regular knives.
The comfortable and durable handle is made in white PP (Polypropylene).
This knife is the right tool for supermarkets, charcuteries or places where you need to prepare cheese on a daily basis.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
