Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 10-1/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
