This stainless-steel spatula has a 10-1/4" forged blade and a comfortable POM synthetic handle with a steel front bolster, triple riveted.
This is a professional grade spatula, very useful for serving pizzas, tarts, cakes and other baked goods; and also, for moving food in the oven or on the grill.

Spatula blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better rust resistance. Blade is 10-1/4" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
