Nicul Spirit 7-7/8" Carving Knife - Titanium Blade - PP Handle

This carving knife from our Spirit Collection has a 7-7/8" blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable green PP handle.

This knife is the right tool for easily slicing thin pieces of larger fruits and vegetables, such as pineapple, butternut squash, etc. Modern design, practical on a daily basis, will also add a touch of color to your kitchen.

Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 7-7/8" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
