This Chef knife from our Master Collection, has a 9-3/4" drop point style Titanium blade with a hollow curved edge, and a triple riveted POM handle which provides a comfortable grip.
The hollow (or granton) edge prevents the food from sticking to the blade by creating a slight separation between the food and blade surfaces.
This large professional knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 9-3/4" long and 1/8" thick; and hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
