This chef knife from our Master Collection, has a 9-3/4" drop point style blade, hollow curved edge, and a triple riveted POM handle which provides a comfortable grip.
The hollow (or granton) edge prevents the food from sticking to the blade by creating a slight separation between the food and blade surfaces.
This large professional knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Handle is available in two colors: black and red.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 9-3/4" long and 1/8" thick; and hardness is 54-56 RC. Item weighs 7.0 oz.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
