Specifications

Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment. Blade length varies from 3-3/8" to 7-1/4" and thickness is in the range of 3/64" and 1/16" (depending on the knife size). Hardness is 54-56 RC, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Use & Care

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
