Nicul Spirit 7" Santoku Knife - Titanium Blade - Orange PP Handle

This Santoku knife from our Spirit Collection has a 7-1/8" hard Titanium steel blade with an orange PP plastic handle, which has a good grip and is very comfortable. 

Modern design, helpful in the preparation of different kinds of meat, vegetables and fruit. Very versatile for daily use, will also add a touch of color to your kitchen.

Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600°F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 7-1/8" long, 2" wide and 3/32" thick. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F. Item weighs 4.0 oz.
