7" cook's knife from our 21st Collection, has a standard blade and a red POM handle, triple riveted, which provides a comfortable grip.
This mid-size professional knife can handle a wide range of tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables, slicing beef or fish, to butchering mid-size pieces of meat, it is a good option for a chef or serious cook.
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
