This Santoku knife from our Master Collection has a 7" blade with curved edge, full tang and a comfortable POM handle, triple riveted.
This knife works well in the preparation of various Asian style cuisines, and it's also a versatile tool for handling tasks like cutting different kinds of meat, vegetables or fruits, or moving food around like a spatula. Excellent for home or professional kitchen.
Handle available in two colors: black and green.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7" long and hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
