This Santoku knife from our Master Collection has a 7" blade, hollow curved edge, and a triple riveted POM handle, which is comfortable and durable.
The hollow (or granton) edge prevents the food from sticking to the blade by creating a slight separation between the food and blade surfaces.
Modern design, suited for preparing recipes from different Asian cuisines. Versatile for cutting a variety of meats, vegetables and fruit, like a midsize knife or chopping like a cleaver, or moving food around like a spatula. Excellent for a home or professional kitchen.
Handle available in two colors: black and white.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade length is 7" and hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
