This chef knife from our Master Collection, has a 7-7/8" drop point style blade, and red POM handle, triple riveted, that provides a comfortable grip.
This mid-size professional knife can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables or slicing beef or fish, to butchering mid-size pieces of meat, it is an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7-7/8" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
