This chef knife from our Madera Collection has a 7-7/8" drop point style blade, full tang blade and a durable cherry wood handle with four rivets.
Beautiful and modern design. This knife is capable of handling all big tasks in the kitchen, safely and efficiently. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering big pieces of meat, it is a good option for a chef or serious cook at home.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has 54-56 RC hardness and is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7-7/8" long and 1/8" thick. Handle is made in extremely hard and durable Brazilian cherry wood (crushing strength is 11,780 lb/in2).

Knife is corrosion resistant. For maintaining wood handle in beautiful condition, hand washing and a quick dry with soft cloth are recommended.
