This bread knife from our Master Collection has a 7-7/8" serrated blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable white POM handle, triple riveted.
The serrated edge makes it easy to slice both soft and crusty bread. However, it can also be used for cutting big vegetables, like cabbage; or hard fruit, like pineapple; or some baked or cooked preparations, like meatloaf or kuchen.
Useful tool for every home kitchen or food preparation facility, like a restaurant or hotel.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600°F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 7-7/8" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
