Nicul Madera 7-1/8" Santoku Knife - Cherry Wood Handle

This Santoku knife from our Madera Collection has a 7-1/8" blade, full tang and a durable cherry wood handle with four rivets. 

Modern design with a traditional hardwood handle, is a kind of inspiration for healthy food.

This knife works well in the preparation of Asian style cuisines, and it's also a versatile tool for cutting different kinds of meat, vegetables or fruits, or moving food around like a spatula. Good for a serious cook at home.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade of 54-56 hardness, which is tempered at 1900°F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Handle is made of Brazilian cherry wood, which is extremely hard (crushing strength is 11,780 lb/in2) and durable.
