Nicul Master 5-7/8" Utility Knife - Green POM Handle

This utility knife from our Master Collection has a 5-7/8" blade and a comfortable and durable green POM handle, triple riveted.

This versatile utility knife works well in larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits.

A good assistant when preparing a meal and will add a touch of color to your kitchen.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-7/8" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
