This cleaver has 5-7/8" forged blade with a slightly curved edge; is full tang and has a comfortable and durable POM synthetic handle, triple riveted. Blade has a hole for hanging it on a wall or inside a cabinet.
This midsize cleaver is very effective with small and midsize pieces of meat and bones, as well as with fish and vegetables. A good option for butchery, fishery, restaurant and a meat processing facility.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-7/8" long and 3/16" (5 mm) thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
