Nicul Master 5-1/8" Paring Knife - POM Handle

This paring knife from our Master Collection has a 5-1/8" blade and a comfortable POM handle, triple riveted.

Small-size knife suited for the preparation of vegetables and fruit. Versatile and comfortable for daily use at home or in a professional kitchen.

Handle is available in two colors: black and yellow.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-1/8" long and 3/32" thick.  Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
