This small cleaver has a 5-1/8" forged blade with a slightly curved edge; is full tang and has a POM synthetic handle, triple riveted. Blade has a hole for hanging it on a wall or inside a cabinet.
This is a short all-purpose cleaver, good for cutting small pieces of meat and bones, as well as fish and vegetables. Practical and convenient. A must-have in every kitchen, suitable for amateur chefs and home cooks.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-1/8 long and 3/16" (5 mm) thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
