This cleaver has a 7" forged blade, with a completely curved edge; is full tang and has a black PP synthetic handle.
This mid-size cleaver can handle all kinds of meat and bones, as well as fish and vegetables.
The curved edge makes cutting easy, as it favors a sliding motion, if preferred. On the other side, it's very effective for chopping bones or cartilages, because all the strength is concentrated in the curve of contact, which is a short section of the total edge.
Good tool for a restaurant kitchen, supermarket and meat processing facilities.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. It is 7" long and 5/32" (4 mm) thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
