Specifications
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 3-1/2" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Use & Care
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
