Nicul 2-3/4" Peeling Knife - Hawkbill Blade - POM Handle

2-3/4" curved blade peeling knife from our Classic Collection, has a triple riveted yellow POM handle.

The shape of the blade makes it easy to peel potatoes and other vegetables, or fruits, and practical to make decorative garnishes or removing spots.

Good for daily use, will put a touch of color in your kitchen.

Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 2-3/4" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
