This slicing knife from our Master Collection, has an 11-3/4" blade with hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable white POM handle, which is triple riveted for ensuring a long duration.
This knife is the tool of choice for cutting thin and uniform slices of prosciutto, turkey, ham, roast beef and large charcuterie. An excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 3/32" (2 mm) thick; and hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
