This slicing knife from our Master Collection, has a 11-3/4" serrated blade with hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable white POM handle, triple riveted.
This large knife is the tool of choice for cutting thin slices of turkey, roast beef and large charcuterie. An excellent option for a chef or serious cook, at home at a restaurant.
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 5/32" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
