This large cleaver has a 11-3/4" forged blade, full tang, with a triple riveted POM handle, which is comfortable and durable. Blade has a curved edge for facilitating slicing movements. Handle is 6" long so eventually, it can be used with two hands.
This professional cleaver is the top of the line in size and strength. It's the tool of choice for chopping large cuts of meat, bones and cartilages. You can easily chop ribs, steaks, bone sections and different pieces of beef, turkey, fish or other kind of meat in an impeccable way.
This is an ideal tool for butchers and food preparation staff that need to process large quantities of big pieces of meat in a fast and precise way. It's not recommended for occasional users at home.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Length is 11-3/4" and width is 1/4" (6 mm) thick. It has 54-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long duration sharpness.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Cleaver is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
