This French design cook's knife has a 9-7/8" precision stamped and forged blade, hollow ground, full tang, with an extended stainless-steel bolster and triple riveted POM synthetic handle.
This versatile knife has a wide blade with a hollow edge that prevents food from sticking. It works well in all kinds of food preparation, especially for cutting sticky meat and vegetables. An advantage compared with the Santoku knife is its completely curved edge so you can use the rock-chop method for cutting.
