This German design butchering knife has a 9-7/8" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang; and it has a comfortable POM handle, a synthetic polymer, triple riveted.
The perfect tool for a professional butcher that works daily with large chunks of meat. This large knife has enough length and width to cut through big pieces of meat or pork, and some bones and cartilages, like ribs.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 9-7/8" long has and 3/32" (3 mm) thick. Blade is 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a high resistance and stable synthetic polymer.
