Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, precision stamped and forged (forging is a manufacturing step that produces the highest quality material for any specific steel). Blade length and thickness varies, depending on the type of knife. Thickness ranges from 3 to 5 mm (1/8" to 3-1/6"). All blades have 53-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.
