This German design butcher knife has a 7-7/8" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.
This midsize butcher knife is good for traversal cuts, and filleting beef, poultry and fish. The perfect butcher knife for midsize pieces or if you are an occasional user and prefer a lighter tool. It works for meat processing facilities, professional kitchens and home kitchens.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 7-7/8" long and is 3/32" (3 mm) thick. Blade has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a high resistance and stable synthetic polymer.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
