This high quality Santoku knife has a 7-7/8" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, with an extended steel bolster for protecting hand, and a POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.
The wide and hollow edge of this knife prevents food from sticking to the blade.
This knife works well in the preparation of various Asian style cuisines, and it's also a versatile tool for handling tasks like cutting different kinds of meat, vegetables or fruits, or moving food around like a spatula. Excellent for home or professional kitchen.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 7-7/8" long and slightly less than 3/32" (3 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a high resistance and stable synthetic polymer.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
