This is a professional grade knife that has a 6-1/4" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, with black Teflon nonstick coating, and a triple riveted Mikarta handle, which is durable and beautiful.

This quality and versatile utility knife is good for larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits. Cuts are effortless and neat because of the Teflon coating.

Recommended knife for chefs and kitchen staff and for serious cooks at home.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, 6-1/4" long and 1/16" (2 mm) thick, with 53-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Item weighs is 3.7 oz.

Handle is made of Micarta, a special material manufactured with resins layered with fiberglass, cotton fibers and other components. It's extremely strong and tolerates high temperature, grease and almost any caustic liquid. And at the same time, has a beautiful finishing.
