This French design boning knife has a 6-1/4" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, with an extended steel bolster for protecting hand, and has a durable POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.
This type of knife is an all-purpose tool, ideal for boning and carving chicken, pork, lamb and turkey. A must-have in any professional or home kitchen.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 6-1/4" long and 1/8" (3 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
