This German design butchering knife has a 12-1/4" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang; and has a POM handle, a synthetic polymer, triple riveted.
This is a large butcher knife, well suited for cutting big chunks of different meats. Blade is big and heavy enough for cutting easily through bones and cartilages of any size. Excellent tool for professional butchers in butcheries, fisheries, restaurants, supermarkets and meat processing facilities.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 12-1/4" long and 3/32" (3 mm) thick. Blade has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a high resistance and stable synthetic polymer.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
