This pastry spatula has an 11" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, and a durable PHK synthetic handle, triple riveted.
This long spatula is intended mainly for pastry tasks, but also works well handling vegetable tarts and cakes. A versatile tool for the home baker.
Not recommended for using over coated surfaces because the steel could make scratches.
Blade made of stainless steel is 11" wide and 3/32" (3 mm) thick. Handle is made of Phenolkraft (PHK), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Spatula is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
