M&G 11-3/4" Huelva Fish Cleaver - PHK Handle

This Huelva model cleaver has an 11-3/4" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, an extended aluminum bolster for hand protection, and a PHK synthetic handle, triple riveted. 

This is an extra-long and lightweight cleaver, specially designed for chopping fish and vegetables. Blade has a straight edge so it can also be used as a spatula, for moving around pieces of fish (or vegetables), during preparation.

This is the right tool for fisheries, supermarkets, restaurants and other food processing facilities.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 11-3/4" long and 3/32" (2 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Phenolkraft (PHK), a highly resistant and stable polymer.

Cleaver is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
