Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, precision stamped and forged, is 11-3/4" long and 3/16" (4.5 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer. Item weighs 14.7 oz.
