This French design bread knife has an 11-3/4" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, with extended steel bolster for protecting hand and a durable POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.
This classical French bread knife with a serrated edge is the right tool for cutting bread and crusted preparations. And it can also be used for special situations when a serrated cutting is the best option, like for example: for cutting pineapple or meat loaf.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel is 11-3/4" long and is 1/8" (4 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
