This large cleaver has a 10-1/4" precision stamped and forged blade, full tang, with a PHK synthetic handle and 4 stainless steel rivets.
It's a heavy cleaver with an ergonomic design (blade has an upper angle in relation to the handle), so user don't get tired after an intensive period of work.
It's the right tool for butchering and chopping big pieces of beef, fish or other meats that may include bones and cartilages. Good for butcheries, fisheries, meat processing facilities, supermarkets and restaurants.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade, 10-1/4" long and 3/16" (5 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness. Handle is made of Phenolkraft (PHK), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Cleaver is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
