M&G 10-1/4" German Slicing Knife - POM Handle

German design knife has a 10-1/4" full tang blade made of MV stainless steel, precision stamped and forged. Stainless steel front bolster for improved safety and triple riveted, durable black POM synthetic handle.

This long and wide slicing knife performs well with sizable tasks such as filleting large pieces of meat or fish. Large size, but smaller than a butcher knife, this might be the big knife you are looking for.

10-1/4" Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has 53-56 RC hardness. Thickness is slightly less than 3/16" (4.5 mm). Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer. Item weighs 10.6 oz.
